The present course is based on the textbook  "All the World's a Puzzle, Form 10" , Chapter 1. The material is for intermediate students who have reached B1 level of Common European Framework.

The aim of  Chapter 1 of  the textbook "All the World's a Puzzle, Form 10" is to get acquainted with some larger English-speaking countries. You will learn about the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Australia and New Zealand. The experiential goal of this chapter is to make a presentation about a country. In each unit there are tasks that help you reach the final goal. Use as much of the new vocabulary as you can.

It takes 35 lessons to cover the material. While studying follow the order of the table of contents. Chapter I includes 3 units and each unit includes reading, listening, vocabulary, grammar and revision. Each unit starts with a brief introductory part and tasks about the topic that are followed by a reading text (audio files are included), vocabulary exercises and additional tasks. Grammar sections begin with presentations and videos of the rules that are followed by interactive exercises and links for further practice. The material is based on an actual textbook - the textbook is available in PDF format. Students can use self-assessment with the help of provided answers and self-check exercises.
